An disturbing trend on Twitter that sent outrage on Twitter which caught the eye of Miley Cyrus and Paris Jackson the only daughter of the late singer Michael Jackson. An hashtag campaign was created by unknown user calling for Justin Biebers (Beliebers) fans to inflict self harm as the way to get Bieber attention to quit taking weed.
