Modern Family star Ariel Winter removed from home

Actress Ariel Winter (real name Ariel Winter Workman) who plays the nerdy middle child of Claire(Julie Bowen) and Phil Dunphy (Ty Burrell) is having real life family issues. The 14-year-old actress was remove from her home and place in temporary guardianship of her old sister Shanelle Grey after serious allegations of child abuse. 

 According TMZ.com Ariel's mother  Crystal Workman  is fighting for custody of the over 14 year old saying that the actress is having inappropriate relationship with a 18 year male claiming serious allegations about the couple. However the police is not buying it saying that the police report was not filed until after Ariel was removed from the home. The next hearing is set to be on November 20th.
